Yoga -- Pilates -- Corrective Exercise


 

Private Sessions

Private Sessions are ideal for anyone wanting to focus on body work specific to his or her needs.  Your sessions may be therapeutic, or focus on specifics such as balance, flexibility, strength, or core strength.  A private client may want to enhance athletic performance, or work on weight, stress, or blood pressure reduction.  We will use mats, balls, bands, rollers, and the Pilates Springboard to provide versatile and effective body-work.  We can focus on Yoga or Pilates, or mix it up.  Private work begins with an intake form, asking questions about your goals and needs, as well as other information helpful in creating a personalized exercise regimen.  Clients may also receive “homework” assignments. We keep a log of the weekly work and regularly assess progress, making adjustments as needed.



Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-Private Sessions are an ideal choice for couples or friends who want to work out together in a personal environment.  Similar to private sessions, we will be able to tailor the exercises, poses and stretches to your personal needs and desires.  We will use mats, balls, bands, rollers, and the Pilates Springboard to provide versatile and effective body-work.  We can focus on Yoga or Pilates, or mix it up.  Semi-private work begins with an intake form, asking questions about your goals and needs, as well as other information helpful in creating a personalized exercise regimen.  We keep a log of the weekly work and regularly assess progress, making adjustments as needed.
