Kind Words About Our Retreats
“This retreat reinforced lots of things and showed me some new things that I will add to my repertoire. It was exactly what my body and mind needed. I really enjoyed meeting all of the group - such a warm, friendly, kind hearted, and interesting group of people that follow you as a teacher - “

“We just returned from one of Monika's yoga retreats to Mexico and it was an incredible experience. Monika hosted yoga twice a day, a more active session in the morning and a relaxing, yin session in the evenings. Her practice is filled with thoughtful, playful, and occasionally technical explanations that reveal the deep expertise she's built as a yoga instructor, pilates instructor, and athlete for years.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about my retreat experience. It felt like a sacred space the moment we arrived. The twice-daily yoga movement was fantastic! It was beautiful to see everyone relax into the experience and love on each other. Gaining perspective on deep issues in my own life from people I had only just met and then having the time and space to reflect daily in such a beautiful space was only one piece of the magic on this retreat. I hope to attend many more retreats in the future.”
