“Yoga For a A Cause” classes are offered every Monday and Wednesday at noon and Fridays at 7:00 a.m. I am pleased to offer these weekly yoga classes free for you, however, I am accepting donations for the Yoga Medicine® Seva Foundation, whose mission is to fight human trafficking and sexual exploitation by empowering global, impoverished communities through efforts of education and entrepreneurship.

How TO JOIN weekly online yoga classes
REGISTER: No registration is required if you have attended one of my online group classes before. If you are a first-time attendee of one of my online classes, I ask that you register here. Your registration information will only be used so that I know who is attending my class and so I can keep you informed of upcoming schedules or Zoom link updates.
ACCESS ZOOM LINK and ENTER PASSWORD: Click on the link above to join the class you want to attend. The password for the class you want to join is required. See above for the class links and passwords. If you don’t have Zoom, download the free Zoom client at least 15 minutes ahead of time on your phone, computer, or tablet.
PROPS: To facilitate a richer experience, I suggest having 1-2 yoga blocks, an 8-10 ft yoga strap, and a sturdy blanket or bath towel. I also like to include Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques, so consider having two tennis balls, Lacrosse balls, or Myofascial balls.
