We invite you to join us for a three-night exclusive retreat at the beautiful Trout Lake Abbey at the foot of Mount Adams. We offer daily morning and evening yoga practice, healing sound baths, healthy food prepared exclusively for us, quiet respite as well as opportunity to connect with others.

Treat yourself (and perhaps someone else in your life) to a weekend of Hatha Flow and Yin yoga, healing sound bath and meditation, with plenty of time for enjoying the local hiking trails, a quiet nook to read or a conversation with friends.
This retreat is all inclusive and offers a variety of accommodations as well as all meals. As always, all levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
I am grateful to partner a second year with Gail Lordi, my Hood River yoga instructor and massage therapist friend, who will bring her vast yoga knowledge and healing sound bath experience to our Sunset Yin and Restorative classes.
This yoga retreat is all-inclusive and books with TrueMove Studio.* Participants, please select and book your retreat package from the registration page. You may choose from a B&B room to your own camping site.
Depending on accommodations retreat packages range from $700-$1500 per person.

What to bring to this Retreat
This retreat venue has no yoga props! Please be sure to bring the following:
a yoga mat
a strap
two blocks
two tennis balls or RAD Recovery Rounds
two sturdy bath towels or blankets that hold a folded shape
and any other props to make yourself comfortable during our classes

The Hostel Room
Price includes the entire three-night stay, all meals and retreat classes at Trout Lake Abbey. The Hostel is a large room with 4 bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 individuals. There is a bathroom with a shower located inside the room. Windows overlook both the gardens and Mt. Adams with a small deck with seating on the mountain view side.
