Reset and Renew your body and soul next Spring in the heart of the beautiful Columbia River Gorge at The Society Hotel and Spa in Bingen, WA.

Treat yourself (and perhaps someone else in your life) with a weekend of Hatha and Yin Yoga, Meditation in the hotel's famous underground Sanctuary, and plenty of time for enjoying the beautiful Gorge. Soak away the rest of your time in their saltwater indoor tub, outdoor hot tub, sauna, or simply relax with a book and a fresh juice in the zen-like outdoor space. As always, all levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

What to Bring for Classes:Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, a strap, at least one block and any other props to make yourself comfortable during our classes.

ACCOMMODATIONS + BOOKING
For those attending the full weekend, choose to stay at the Society Hotel or any nearby accommodation.

*24 person maximum. Retreat does not include meals or accommodations. Accommodations can be booked directly through the Society Hotel and a handful of rooms have been reserved for this retreat through March 26, 2025.

The hotel spa facility is included in the accommodations package, but you will need to reserve your time slots. Participants staying elsewhere can make independent spa reservations for a nominal fee.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO BOOK YOUR ROOM AT THE SOCIETY HOTEL ASAP AS THEY BOOK UP IN ADVANCE VERY QUICKLY.

A handful of Schoolhouse Queen/King rooms, Double Queen Cabins, and some bunk room spots have been reserved through March 26, 2025 for the TrueMove Spring Retreat.
